This time the main fa\u00e7ade displays a six-metre banner with a <strong>mental health illustration<\/strong> of mine, originally created for the cover of issue 129 of the magazine <a href=\"https:\/\/noticias.cun.es\/somos-actualidad\/revista-noticias-cun\/n129\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Noticias.CUN<\/a> (October 2024 \u2013 January 2025).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-rank-math-toc-block\" id=\"rank-math-toc\"><h2>Mental health illustration<\/h2><nav><ul><li class=\"\"><a href=\"#a-mental-health-illustration-about-the-role-of-home\">A mental health illustration about the role of home<\/a><\/li><li class=\"\"><a href=\"#a-message-that-grows-stronger-in-large-format\">A message that grows stronger in large format<\/a><\/li><li class=\"\"><a href=\"#illustration-for-public-health-communication\">Illustration for public health communication<\/a><\/li><\/ul><\/nav><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is the second time the clinic has turned one of my works into a large-format piece, after the <a href=\"https:\/\/pablouria.es\/en\/healthy-summer-illustration-cun-banner\/\">healthy summer illustration<\/a> displayed on the same building in summer 2025. The illustration conveys that idea through an everyday, symbolic scene: the fa\u00e7ade of a city building at dusk, its windows glowing with warm golden light that suggests life, intimacy and company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each window reveals a different moment:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>An older person, calm and accompanied.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Children playing and laughing together.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A father reading to his son.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conversations that cross the boundary of the glass.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A walk outdoors with the family dog.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The composition reinforces the message that mental health is also cared for in small daily gestures, in the bonds we build at home and in the way we support each other. The contrast between the cold blue of the fa\u00e7ade and the warm glow of the windows stands for the difference between loneliness and company. Take care of your mental health\u201d. Seeing these illustrations live beyond paper and become part of Madrid\u2019s urban landscape confirms my belief that illustration has a key role in sharing social and health messages.
